Responsibilities:
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records - Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and vendor management - Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash balances - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or accounting roles - Experience with account reconciliation and bank reconciliation processes - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis We offer competitive compensation, including health insurance and paid time off.
